If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on CitizenWatch.com, please include the following information so that we may expedite your request:

2. Your order number
3. Your return reason code (choose from below):

CR = Changed Mind
NA = Not as Pictured or Described
BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
MS = Other (please describe)

A Customer Care representative will email you a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label. If you prefer, you may call us and we will be happy to assist you by phone.

Please note that we accept returns in original condition (e.g. unworn, no scratches, in original packaging with tickets and instruction booklets, and any removed links). Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
