Citizen raises the adventure bar in the newly reimagined Caliber 2100 Series of professional-grade timepieces with a hand-assembled movement and part of the Promaster Land collection. The limited-edition design is inspired by the iconic original in a new, black DLC-plated stainless steel finish with a 3-piece case construction that features a metal dial in blue and four contrasting subdials. This stylish men’s sport watch also features a 1/5 second chronograph that measures up to 12 hours, an instantaneous flyback zero reset button, a tachymeter, power reserve indicator and date, luminous hands and markers, and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The distinctive design is powered with Citizen’s patented Eco-Drive technology that converts energy from any type of light and never needs a battery. Water resistance to 200 meters. Great watch, love it except one little thing
I bought this watch and it is a great timepiece, it looks awesome, fits great and I love it all except for one little thing, it would have been great to have a perpetual calendar, I own severaendar, I have several atomic time watches and regular and I never have to change the date.

Sleek, yet rugged
Love the Caliber 2100 as an upscale everyday watch. Stainless steel band is rugged (and heavy). Blue face really stands out when hit by light on different angles. Several of my "watch snob" friends have commented on how much they like the look, too. Nice change of pace to alternate with my Citizens H820 World Time A-T that I've been wearing now for for almost 10 years.
Old friends
This is my second Citizen Calibre 2100. I acquired the first one around 2006. It still works and became a gift to my girlfriend a while ago. I bought a different Citizen watch afterwards but it recently died after hitting a rock in a bad fall. I spent hours online trying to select a new watch but I couldn’t help it, I fell in love with the new Calibre 2100. The deep metallic blue with black sub-dials plus the dark gunmetal band spoke to me. My last Citizen was good but I never completely liked, or got used to, the combination of analog with a digital screen. During my online search I found my old Calibre 2100 friend in a new and improved version. No digital screen, one hundred percent analog. Actually, the date was the only moving number but it was a window, not a digital screen. In fact, I wish the calendar was in needle and dial form; that would have been perfection. I love my new, all analog, Citizen watch. I didn’t realize how much I missed analog functions until my encounter with this new old friend.
Under stated
I just got the watch today it’s very attractive. It’s a bit more under stated than I thought it would be. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I bought it used and am extremely happy with it. This is my first chronograph and I find the face busy making it a little hard to read quickly which is my only complaint.
