Before I got this Promaster Diver BN0198, I wasn't totally sure about the quality and design. Was actually thinking about an SKX007. I took a chance. It was very new and were not many reviews--and there's still not many reviews online. I got it and found it's a pretty impressive watch. The quality is definitely there so I don't know what a few others are complaining about. Don’t listen to the negative comments. It’s really a great watch. After seeing how solid this watch is built, I doubt Citizen would put out garbage. It keeps very accurate time. The rotating 60-click bezel feels good and has no play at all. 120-clicks would've been great too but no complaints here. The chaptering is spot on. The dial is easy to read in daytime, and the lume is awesome at night. I can still see the time when I wake up. The screwdown crown feels very reassuring and is big enough. Haven't gone swimming with it yet but I'm sure it'll hold up in deeper waters. I shower with it on every day. I like automatics but EcoDrive means no battery changes and no need to open up the casebook. It's a very masculine looking watch. The bracelet is pretty good and has solid end-links. Just add a sapphire crystal and it'll be unbeatable. The watch is built tough and feels very solid. This will definitely not be my last Citizen. Thanks Citizen for designing a quality and handsome watch. It has grown on me since getting this.
Bullet proof
I wear this watch when I travel, fish or work outside in the yard or on outside projected. It has always kept perfect time. I only we are my Rolex SS Submariner on special occasions. Many people have asked me about this watch. It's attractive but not in your face - it's subtle. I do miss the date magnifier I have on my Rolex. That's the only issue and it is minor.

Almost Five Stars
I like this watch, though Citizen could make a few improvements. First, the good stuff. The build quality is excellent and the watch functions and feels great. The two things that could stand improvement are first, the watch face and bezel appear darker in photographs than they are in reality. I find them to be washed out looking. Second, the date window is too small for my middle-age eyes (and may indeed be too small for any age eyes). Apart from those two items, however, this watch is a solid performer and looks good.
