Reviews
Now THIS is podracing!
Star Wars jokes aside, the watch is nearly perfect. My only gripe is that you need to manually adjust the date on months that aren't 31 days long, but that's a small price to pay for such a great piece.
Great watch
cool design Not cheesy Star Wars logo Authentic like an inhabitant of tatooine might actually wear
Citizen Response
Great watch
This watch is a greatly crafted. I think the only problem i have had with it is that the bottom and top knobs are to sensitive
Father’s Day gift
Beautiful! I love the detail in the threading being different colors.
Great gift
I bought for my adult son who is a huge Star Wars fan, he loved it.
The Force is strong with Citizen
The day I saw this watch for the 1st time in GameStop with the Citizen Darth Vader edition, I knew I had to have them both in my watch collection. I purchased the Vader 1 first and have been very happy with it so much I had to have the son version also. The styling is absolutely incredible. Citizen has done it yet again. The leather band is thick and solid, the face is unique with the Jedi logo and color theme. Even the lightsaber stitching on the band adds to the unique Star Wats appeal of the design. With the eco-drive, you won't need to worry about figuring out which battery it takes and finding someone professional to properly change the battery. The large dial is also perfect, unlike other tiny turn dials that you have to pinch with fairy fingers to turn. This would make any true Star Wars fan happy to own.
Love Star Wars!
Husband loves the watch! He is a huge Star Wars fan. Only regret is the length of the band is too short for his normal weight 6’2” man.
Luke Skywalker watch edition
Love the watch. I was bummed when it first launch last year and I could not find it anywhere. But luckily this collector’s item came back and immediately got my hands on one. It’s a more simplistic watch then my other Citizen Blue Angel’s edition, but I still love that it has the calendar day, a chronometer, it has the eco power technology (love this power tech) and the sapphire crystal glass (scratch resistant). I only wear this time piece for light occasions being that it has a leather strap I don’t like to get sweaty with it because it deteriorates faster and in my case it starts smelling a little (learned from past experiences). Overall I’m in love with it and enjoy watching the light sabers move around.
Packed with Easter Eggs
I am not sure how I can to find out about this line of watches, but the second I saw this one headlining the webpage, I literally gasped. Every tiny detail about this watch’s design was clearly agonized over. The colors, the materials (even down to the choices made for the single safety stitches) all scream “I’m a real Jedi Knight”. Even the case model (which I know was originally used for the LE “pilot” version was perfectly chosen as it’s silhouette alone looks like it could have walked off the set. Putting this watch on makes me feel like I’m dressing up in full Jedi robes. I liken it to wearing a light saber on my wrist. When else can you get an accessory so fun it makes you feel this way and yet so classically styled you want to wear it with your nicest suit. Best part is. Unless you’re a fan and study it closely it just looks beautiful. Sure the small rebel symbol is a dead give-away. But it’s not the first thing anyone will notice.
