My husband bought this for me for Christmas. It is beautiful. Then we realized that the 'leather band' was some insanely stupid band which, from the front looks like a nice leather band, but the clasp that is on the back is awkward and extremely uncomfortable. It leaves marks on the wrist and can't be worn more than an hour at best. I will be keeping the watch, but am already on the search for a new band. Just for reference, I have worn a watch every day for the past 20+ years. I have many watches with all types of bands (leather, my personal favorite, as well as metal) I have multiple Citizen watches as well as other brands. Never had a band that was as impossible to wear as this one. If I had tried it on at the store, it would have stayed there.

Nice time watch
It is a beautiful time piece. The only reason I give it a four because the inside should be more bright white dial,the dots and Roman numbers blends with the mother of pearl so you can’t tell much of the gold color!! The color of the roman numbers and dots should be a darker color or black!,,
Great watch - terrible band
I bought this watch for my wife last year. She loves the watch but can't abide the band. It's too awkward to close with one hand and it's very uncomfortable on her small wrist. It might be okay on a large male wrist like mine but not hers. Is there another band I can acquire that will fit the watch; one with a standard buckle closure type? Preferably in the same natural tan color? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
