Reviews
Great Watch
Excellent looking watch. The most impressive feature on the watch is the band. Love the way the leather band closes like a metal band and not the regular way a leather band would close with a buckle. The watch also looks very sleek.
Classic
Smaller watch face is great if you prefer a smaller watch. Classic vintage look. I am happy with my new watch.
Great Everyday Watch
I have small wrists and I am really happy with this watch! Love the graphic throw back art deco face. That’s what finally got me interested in the Bianca line after looking around for quite a while. I feel it compliments the shape of the case. I really appreciate that the crystal is sapphire because I’m clumsy, so I need that level of scratch resistance, and many of the comparable price point watches from citizen and others don’t necessarily have this feature. I’ve been wearing the watch every day for about a week now. The apple leather was a little stiff at first, but it’s starting to mold nicely to my wrist and soon I hope it will fit like a glove. Of course happy with eco-drive as always. My family loves Citizen watches for that. I’m getting used to this clasp style for a leather band. It’s so far comfortable and seems like it should be good for the longevity of the band.
Hidden treasures
Love this watch. I've been wanting one in this shape by with numbers and not Roman Numerals. You can't tell from the picture but the crystal is bevel cut and when the sun hits it there is a rainbow of color on the side the sun goes through. I also love the clasp very easy on and off.
The band could have been made easier to manuever.
Bought this watch for my wife. Overall, I am pleased. My problem is that trying to put the watch on proved tricky. Also difficult to take out pin to change the time.
Classy looking watch
I like everything about the watch except I’m not a fan of the folding metal closure piece. Once it’s connected (in the closed position) it’s comfortable, but very ackward to put on and close with one hand. This will take some time getting used to.
Closure Takes Away From Beautiful Watch
The Bianca on a leather band is a beautiful watch, the leather band added a class that is lacking in the bracelet styles which read cheap. The touch of art deco design and beveled sapphire crystal are beautiful. The watch is comfortable on the wrist. I have no experience with Eco Drive so I cannot speak to the performance yet vs an automatic or manual. The closure ruins this watch and almost prompted a return a few times. Citizen needs to decide if this model will be a buckle or butterfly closure. Both are completely unnecessary and a bit foolish, and a very frustrating. You will need at least 3 hands and loads of patience to accomplish the proper fit, and then pray you never have to adjust that fit. I wonder if Citizen is trying too hard with this style? It’s a $300 watch. A nice $300 watch but still a buckle clasp would suit fine for the watch and save many folks unnecessary rage. The butterfly clasp is redundant and out of place with this style. I highly recommend the leather version of the Bianca but consider the clasp seriously before purchasing.
Little beauty
This is the perfect size watch for my small wrist. I love the black face and band with the tiniest of sparkles. I'm giving this 4 stars because I don't love the band closure. I thought it was a typical belt type closure, but the clasp makes the band bulky and uncomfortable. May have to replace this at a later date.
Too dark
The watch is beautiful and just the right size for my build and wrist size. Once I got used to it don’t mind the closure, in fact love how nice it looks. The only issue I have is how dark it is and how hard it is to read the time - hard even in the daytime, impossible in evening or night. For the cost of it there should be better light and you can’t even see the second hand So functionally I give it a 2 - if all you care about is fashion it is a 5.
Face is really small
Love all my citizen watches , the face looked bigger in the photos
